Guy Coffey is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the franchising sector, particularly in the beauty and fitness industries. As the co-founder of Frenchies LLC, Guy has been instrumental in establishing Frenchies Modern Nail Care studios, dedicated to elevating the standards of nail care across the United States. His leadership is further bolstered by the support of Head to Toe Brands, part of Riverside Companies, aiming to dominate the U.S. nail industry. Guy's franchise expertise extends to his role as a partner in Double Lane Enterprises, where he previously managed five Anytime Fitness locations in Colorado and now operates a top-ranked unit in Steamboat Springs. Additionally, his podcast, Franchise Business Real Talk, serves the broader franchise and small business communities. Prior to his current ventures, Guy contributed to the sale of health clubs through Coffey Owens Group and held a director position at Deutsche Telekom. Academically, Guy holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Marketing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Balancing his professional endeavors, Guy prioritizes his faith, family, and passion for hockey.

Barbara Matthews has served as a legal executive and trusted advisor to senior executives and boards of directors in high growth businesses within a range of corporate structures including public, private, private equity, and family-owned businesses. She has guided companies through legal and regulatory aspects of M&A, growth capital transactions, IPOs and ownership succession; architected internal controls and governance systems to establish investor and public company readiness; negotiated strategic alliances and joint ventures globally for market entry and growth acceleration; and implemented governance structures to expedite growth and expansion strategies in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Barbara was most recently Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hagerty where she served for 16 years as a member of Hagerty’s executive team. She was a co-leader of the team that took Hagerty public through the recently completed SPAC merger and was instrumental in creating and developing Hagerty’s public and private Board which is well recognized for its effective governance practices. Barbara has served on a number of corporate, non-profit and government boards.

Bob Arciniaga is the Founder and Chief Board Architect of Advisory Board Architects, LLC (ABA), established in 2005. ABA specializes in creating, maintaining, and managing “High Impact” advisory boards and boards of directors using a proprietary methodology to enhance board engagement and impact. Clients include both private and publicly traded companies with revenues from $20 million to $32 billion in fourteen countries. In 2020 ABA launched Boardology which is a SaaS platform for quantitative analysis and benchmarking of board performance. Bob has designed and managed boards globally, supported over 2000 board meetings, and conducted high-impact board training for numerous leaders worldwide. Bob grew up in a family business that was the largest privately held Mexican Food products manufacturer in the US started by his grandmother and he still supports the family office today.

Richa Singh is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, specializing in conflict resolution, communication, organizational behaviour and governance. Her experience includes educating and creating awareness amongst business families, facilitating family meetings, designing structures and creating and implementing family charters. Her most recent work and area of interests are Legacy conversations around values, family philosophy, continuity, ownership and Board governance. She is the Adjunct faculty for the Bailey Program for Family Enterprises at the University of Denver and is a global family enterprise consultant.

Helena Karchere has been the Director of the Bailey Program for Family Enterprise at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business since October 2022 where she oversees a pioneering resource hub for family businesses, offering workshops, certificates, and networking events to support sustainable growth and multigenerational success.
Before this, Helena was the Global Learning and Development Manager at Ball Corporation, where she developed a global employee learning strategy and also held key roles at Crownpeak, Vertafore, American Water Works Association, and the University of Denver, focusing on employee training, development, and strategic marketing. Additionally, Helena is an ICF-certified coach and founder of Helena Karchere Coaching, specializing in personal transformation through coaching and immersive art meditation.
