Overview

The CEO of a private company interested in growing her/his company, establishing sound corporate governance, and enhancing the stability and longevity of the firm will want to form a strong corporate board of directors.  How should such board members be found and how should they be selected?  How should the board members be on-boarded and how should the CEO work with them?  What should the CEO expect from them?  Why and how should the CEO part ways with them?  These and other issues will be addressed in this webinar designed specifically for the CEOs of private companies.
