Speakers

   Debra McGuire
   National President & CEO
   PDA

Debra is a leader with impeccable association management credentials, has a very strong commitment to excellence in governance, and has the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to help drive PDA's continued growth and impact. She has served in various leadership positions over a three-decade career in association management. Most recently, Debra served as Executive Director of the International Association of Assessing Officers. Previously, she was President & Chief Executive Officer of the American Fire Sprinkler Association, the Chief Executive  Officer of the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians, and Executive Vice  President of the Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan. 

Debra joined PDA, having been awarded the designation of Certified Association  Executive (CAE), the highest professional credential in the association industry.  She is also a former Chair of the American Society of Association Executives  (ASAE) CAE Commission, the ASAE Communication Section Council, and the ASAE  Foundation Research Committee. Earlier this year, Debra was named an ASAE  Fellow (FASAE) by her peers for her dedication and contributions as an  inspirational and inclusive leader in the association management profession and  the advancement of the association community. Fewer than 1% of all association  executives achieve this recognition. 

Debra is a proud graduate of the Honors College at Michigan State University,  where she completed her undergraduate studies while on a track and field  scholarship. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management  (IOM) at the University of Notre Dame and Cornerstone University (MBA) in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Ginger Chambless is Head of Research for Commercial Banking at J.P. Morgan, where she provides economic and market insights to clients and executive leadership across the country. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Ginger regularly advises on interest rate trends, capital markets, and economic policy. She is a frequent speaker on macroeconomic conditions and their impact on business strategy and board governance.

Brittany Ibarra serves as Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Banking division, where she advises clients on foreign exchange and trade-related strategies. Her expertise spans global markets, currency risk management, and the evolving landscape of international trade policy. Brittany works closely with middle-market companies to navigate cross-border operations and the implications of U.S. economic policy.
