Linda advises clients on data breach incident response and defense, and she works with clients to develop data privacy programs, information security programs and incident response plans. Additionally, Linda provides counseling on international, federal and state data privacy laws and related compliance issues. She also handles a variety of licensing matters including Cloud Solutions, professional service agreements and AI legal issues. Linda offers guidance that aligns with business objectives, priorities and budgets. Tahjar Roamartinez has chaired multiple boards and brings deep governance, risk, and compliance perspective to companies in highly regulated industries. She is the CEO, President, and Founder of Cyber Warfighters Group, a global cybersecurity consultancy, where she leads multibillion-dollar projects that ensure the sustained stability, security, and success of both the United States government and F100 clients.

Tahjar excels in leading large-scale cybersecurity projects in high-pressure environments. At Cyber Warfighters, she has managed an $8B procurement oversight and governance project affecting 1.4M customers. She mitigates risk through proactive compliance, governance, and procurement oversight. She also has deep expertise in driving the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of information security breaches.

Ms. Roamartinez earned her M.B.A. from Texas A&M University in Central Texas and her B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Texas A&M University in Central Texas. She lives in Austin with her wife and son.

Robert Barr co-chairs the Cybersecurity Committee for the Private Directors Association. He collaborates with global companies, as well as foreign and domestic governments, to align on business and digital transformation vision, execution and adoption resulting in significant growth while mitigating risk. At Cellebrite, a mobile forensics company, Robert collaborated with Fortune 500 and key US government senior executives to deliver a cloud-based mobile forensic capability resulting in maximum coverage, reduced incidents and lower costs.  At Check Point, a cloud, data center, network and mobile security company, he collaborated with senior executives to view cybersecurity as a market offering differentiator and revenue generator rather than just risk mitigation. Currently at Oracle, he works with key accounts on management consulting engagements, creating strategic roadmaps and building business value cases to drive market changing, secure, digital transformation across the enterprise and ecosystem supply chain. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
