Scott Frank is the former President/CEO of AT&T Intellectual Property LLC. For almost 30 years, he was responsible for company-wide intellectual property for AT&T, including protection and monetization where he lead over 10,000 patents and billions of dollars in intellectual property revenues and profits.

Scott is currently the Chair/President of the Global Intellectual Property Alliance, United State Intellectual Property Alliance and Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance; Chair of the Georgia Tech and Georgia State University Intellectual Property Advisory Boards; a member and former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Tech Research Corporation.

With over 7 years experience practicing in-house as the sole IP attorney and primary legal advisor for all IP matters, and in private practice at a large firm, I have worked closely with businesses of all sizes and technologies, from my current role in an innovative data and analytics, software, and technology company through its dramatic cloud transformation to my prior role working with inventors, faculty, start-ups, and Fortune 100 companies in the chemical, mechanical, energy, material, consumer product, and other industries.
