Overview

Randy Samsel, CEO of eSearch and PDA member, will once again offer virtual sessions to help members be prepared for a board search. Randy is an award-winning board member with for-profit, nonprofit and professional association board experience. His company provides coaching and executive search services, including board placement. He is certified in private company governance through PDA and serves as a Board Governance Certification Mentor.

Members may register for either session or both. The 1.5-hour sessions are designed to be interactive, with the final 30 minutes open for Q&A. Participants are limited to 15 per session. You will receive materials in advance of the sessions.

Randy has worked in the talent and executive search field for 25 years. In his practice, Randy works closely with executives and business owners to help them develop talent strategies to attract and retain game-changing leaders.
