Overview

Despite much guidance, moving the needle on cybersecurity and privacy is proving to be difficult. In addition, new and emerging technologies including exploding growth and investments in AI are creating new risks and opportunities for companies and their Boards. Further, new regulations for security and privacy have been passed and /or are on the horizon and will impact the Board’s fiduciary obligations. What are the implications of these emerging changes and what can you do as Board members to protect and promote your company's business value?
