Jennifer Bell is the CMO at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Jennifer has played a pivotal role in growing the marketing department on both a store and corporate level. She oversees and manages all marketing facets, including PR, Frequent Diner loyalty program, gift cards, direct mail, data insights, digital and email marketing, social media, web, and graphic design. Eric has managed web and data development teams, built his own tech, established an innovation strategy for a billion dollar business, and actively invests in technology startups. He now runs the Technology & Innovation department for ARCO/Murray, a Design-Build Construction company, and leads ARCO Ventures, an AEC focused venture capital investment fund.
