Sally brings more than two decades of experience as an executive search consultant. She has worked across diverse industries including pharmaceutical and biotech, healthcare systems, manufacturing, telecommunications, non-profit and professional services. Sally also serves as Practice Leader for the firm’s Human Resources Specialty Practice.

Sally holds a Master of Arts from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Modern Group, a privately held, industrial equipment service and sales supplier, as well as the Board of Directors for Concorde Career Colleges, a for-profit national organization that prepares committed students for successful employment in rewarding healthcare professions. Sally is also a committee member for SHRM’s HR People + Strategy (HRPS) Strategic HR Forum and an Emeritus Board Member of the Board of Directors for the Please Touch Museum.

Being named one of Pennsylvania’s “50 Best Women in Business” by the Governor of Pennsylvania was a truly notable moment in Sally’s professional journey. She believes strongly in building community and giving back. Sally was honored when The Philadelphia Business Journal named her as one of its “Women of Distinction” for her ongoing commitment and contributions both personally and professionally to the community at large.

Linda M. Fonner, CPA is Global Chief Financial Officer of Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., a specialty receivable management company providing customized services to creditors in a variety of unique market segments, since Jan 2020. Prior to that, Linda was Finance Director for Southeast Asia & India Regions and Managing Director for Singapore for Atotech Limited, a leading chemicals technology company, from December 2017 to December 2019. Ms. Fonner was Business Controller, MEAI Region for Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global biopharmaceutical company, from May 2013 to September 2017. Prior to Bristol-Myers Squibb, she was Chief Audit Executive at West Pharmaceutical Services, a medical device manufacturer, from January 2007 to February 2013. Ms. Fonner is a licensed CPA and holds certifications in internal audit, information systems, risk management, fraud, compliance and ethics, and project management. She received a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. We believe Ms. Fonner is qualified to serve on our board of directors due to her experience as a global finance and audit executive advising multi-national businesses on financial reporting, risks, internal controls, and compliance areas for their worldwide operations.
