Allen has been active in this field since 2010, when he organized the first focus group in Dallas on Socially Responsible Investing. Since then, Sustainability/ESG, as a style of investment and of business management, has grown to be a global phenomenon.

Prior to McAlan, he was a serial entrepreneur. The most notable company was Murex Corporation, which invented and commercialized the Single Use Diagnostic System for HIV-1 ("SUDS"), which was the first, and for years, the only, product approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) for rapid HIV testing. SUDS became world famous in the medical war against AIDS. Murex became International Murex Technologies, which became a publicly held company, and then was acquired by Abbott Labs.

Other companies which he founded, co-founded, owned or co-owned, include an investment research business whose quantitative work won many industry awards, and two magazine companies: American Visions, the official magazine of the African American Museums Association, and Marlin Magazine, about big game sport fishing

Diane Schwarz is Vice President & Chief Information Officer, managing investments in IT tools, technology and services while being responsible for leading an integrated, reliable, business-aligned IT organization. She develops and executes the enterprise-wide IT strategy that continues to merge technology operations to ensure that we create a strong foundation for Johnson Controls to scale and achieve its global growth objectives. The former Senior Vice President and Chief Digital & Information Officer for Hunt Consolidated, Diane has more than 20 years of experience in building and leading best-in-class IT teams. She previously served as CIO and Vice President of Textron, Inc. Schwarz holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a board member of NPower, a non-profit organization.

Federico Tagliani has an international career of more than 30 years in consulting, technology and software. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of Tampa based MAS Global Consulting (www.masglobalconsulting.com), a digital transformation and software development company.

He led AgileThought (AGIL) as CEO and COO in its way to become a public traded entity in Nasdaq, cofounded gA lately sold to Globant,  and worked for EY and Goodyear.

He has a Certificate in Private Company Governance by PDA and is a Certified Board Member by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. He serves in the Advisory Board of dbservices.pt , a Portuguese early-stage technology company and Strategy & Consulting, a Mexican entity.   

Originally from Argentina, he lived too in Brazil and Mexico before becoming a Southlake, TX resident with his wife Maria Silvia and their 3 children
