The panel will be led by an expert from the executive recruiting firm Odgers Berndtson who serves on the firm’s Corporate Board Diversity initiative and co-leads the firm’s U.S. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.  Be prepared to take away a multi-faceted view of the skills and talents a board can use to build a team to achieve its strategic mission.
