Location

GPS to the ship, use 10 Washington Street at Jack London Square, Oakland. This is the address of the Waterfront hotel. The boat is in the Marina directly behind the hotel.

Boat Entry

There will be someone to greet you at the entrance to the locked gate. Please note the boat will remain docked.

Parking

Free temporary street parking all around. Paid parking lots above Yoshi’s and Jack London Square. Both are within 1 block of the marina.

Overview

This is an opportunity to end the year on a high note and welcome in the New Year. We have great plans coming up! Come meet the new team, see old friends and colleagues, network, and enjoy the beauty of a restored vessel in a Covid-friendly setting.

The Sacajawea was built before WWII and was used in Alaska for spying on the Japanese and the Russians. Our host, Brian Hofstetter, will give us a tour and a talk.

It’s docked at Jack London Square in Oakland in an iconic marina in front of the Waterfront Hotel by Hyatt.
