Dan Murphy Managing Director, BMO Corporate Advisory BMO

Dan Murphy is a Managing Director in BMO’s Corporate Advisory practice (“BCA”), providing corporate finance advisory services to privately held businesses on a variety of topics, and partnering with shareholders and management teams to support their growth and liquidity objectives. Dan has been with BMO for ten years and has 14 years of experience in financial services and consulting.

Prior to BMO, Dan spent 4 years as a management consultant at Galt & Company, a boutique management consulting firm, where he worked on a variety of deep-dive corporate strategy engagements, specializing in corporate transformations of Fortune 500 companies.

Dan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from University of Notre Dame. A native of the Chicagoland area, Dan relocated to Dallas in November 2019, representing BCA and helping to grow BMO’s presence throughout the South and Southwest.
