Diane F. Adams Independent Director Valco Industries and Thrall Enterprises, Inc..

Diane is an Independent Director for Valco Industries, an ESOP company, where she serves on the compensation committee. She is also an Independent Director for Thrall Enterprises, Inc., where she serves on the compensation committee and also chairs the nominating and governance committee. She is ESOP certified and a Leadership Fellow with NACD. Currently Diane is the National Chair, Board Opportunity Committee, with the Private Directors Association.  Previous experience includes c-suite positions with branded manufacturing companies including, Crayola, K’Nex and most recently as the Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer with FXI. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and remains active with the MBA program.
