Overview

This episode of Bare Bones Board Basics builds on Episode #14 by putting the audience in the room where a board is advised about: the pros and cons of chapter 11; how chapter 11 will impact the business; and how chapter 11 may be used to engineer a restructuring of the company’s debts in a way that will enable the company to continue on.

As with each episode in this series, the information presented in this webinar will be equally helpful and accessible to company owners/executives as to board members and prospective board members.
