Overview

Hear directly from family members and board members about questions such as:

  1. Why bring non-family directors onto the board of a family business?
  2. When might a family business be ready or not be ready for outside directors?
  3. What happens at different stages?
  4. How to position oneself well, as an aspiring independent director, during the different phases of life cycle?
