Overview

Board composition and performance continue to be under scrutiny by various stakeholders. And directors themselves are increasingly vocal about the performance of their peers. One large survey revealed that 49% of directors believe someone on their board should be replaced, identifying an opportunity to enhance board skills. So, how do boards use their annual assessment to measure board effectiveness, raise performance, and create real value?
