Karen David Green Independent Director NOW Inc and PHX Energy Services Corp.

Karen has 30 years of experience having served in senior leadership positions on Wall Street (sell-side equity research and portfolio management) and as a C-Suite Executive and Officer in the corporate sphere for multinational energy companies. Karen is an Independent Director for NOW Inc. (NYSE: DNOW) and PHX Energy Services Corp. (TSX: PHX). She is also on the board of Paragon ISG, a private equity-sponsored company, and the board of nonprofit Small Steps Nurturing Center. Her experience includes capital markets, acquisitions and divestitures, strategy, business and cultural transformation, corporate governance, sustainability, marketing, communication and reputation management. In her corporate roles, she was Chief Marketing, Sustainability, Communications, and Stakeholder Relations Officer and was a member of the Executive Management Team.
Karen is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors and is Certified in Cybersecurity Oversight. She has been recognized for numerous awards throughout her career, including being named a 2020 Global Leader of Influence by the World Affairs Council of Houston, a 2023 Top 50 Chief Communications Officer, a 2020 Top 50 Women in Oil and Gas, and a 2019 Breakthrough Woman of the Year by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a specialized executive certification from the University of Cambridge.

Stacy Methvin is currently an Independent Director on four energy industry boards. These include Pioneer Natural Resources, Magellan Midstream Partners, LLC, Oiltanking GmBH based in Hamburg, Germany and xF Technologies (start-up green chemical company). Stacy graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geological and Geophysical Sciences. During her 33-year career at Shell, she held various executive roles with increasing global responsibilities in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream - Refining and Chemical businesses before retiring in 2012.
She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Past Chair of the Board of the Houston Zoo, the former Chair of the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council, a former Trustee for the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia and an Appointee to the Louisiana Governor’s Commission on Coastal Restoration and Protection. Stacy lives in Houston with her husband, Dee. In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, bicycling, and spending time with family and friends all over the world.

John Symington is an attorney with Selman, Munson & Lerner. He has served as General Counsel at Frank’s International (NYSE:FI), Seadrill (NYSE:SDRL) and Enventure Global Technology. His experience includes two IPO’s, and numerous other private and public equity and debt offerings in the US, Norway and other countries. His experience in mergers and acquisitions includes large public transactions, smaller private transactions, as well as post-merger integration. He has lived and worked in the US, the UK, Venezuela, and Brazil, and has broad global experience with doing business on every continent. In-house industry experience includes oilfield services, maritime operations, manufacturing, utility metering, smart cards, and software. He has developed all aspects of legal department functions, including the establishment and development of legal compliance programs relating to anti-bribery laws, insider trading laws, trade controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley. He has also headed numerous internal investigations of misconduct and led responses to government investigations in the US and in other countries.
