
Governance Digital Badge Renewal Program
Building on the success of the Private Directors Association Certificate course in Private Company Governance, we are pleased to offer an annual Badge renewal program.
This renewal program is specifically designed to enhance participants' knowledge of the role and responsibilities of a board member. By attending this program, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, network with fellow board members, and gain valuable insights that will enable you to make informed decisions on behalf of the organization. A digital badge will be issued upon completion of the program.
As a board member or someone seeking a board position, this program is recommended to ensure your board skills stay current, aligned, and valuable to companies and their stakeholders.
Requirement: You must have completed the Certificate in Private Company Governance in either 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
To enroll in the Badge Renewal Program or track your course progress, please follow these simple instructions:
Please note: PDA utilizes a separate website for its courses and a Single Sign-On (SSO) system.
1. Click the “enroll now” button below.
2. A second login screen will appear - click on the "PDA Members click here" button.
3. If you have already logged into your PDA account, you will be redirected to the course selection page. Otherwise, enter your PDA username and password to log in and access the courses.
4. Select the Governance Digital Badge Renewal Program.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to enroll and check out.
6. If you need to return to your course progress, follow steps 1-4.
