Guillermo Christensen, Co-President of the DC PDA Chapter, Partner, K&L Gates LLP, Former General Counsel at the Association of U.S. Cyber Forces. He has served as an attorney, a former intelligence officer, and a diplomat where he has integrated these perspectives, skill sets, and experiences to troubleshoot problems for clients, esp. in cybersecurity and international compliance matters, such as FCPA and OFAC. He has drawn on 30+ years of international expertise in intelligence and investigations to assist companies facing internal and external crises, whether from attacks on their information systems to allegations of corruption, violations of sanctions and export controls, or ethics/compliance. He has drawn on foreign policy and government experience to counsel clients in national security, including export controls and dealings with the Committee for Foreign Investment (CFIUS) in the United States.
