Derek has worked with companies in industrials, consumer as well as technology and business services sectors. Derek currently serves as a board member or observer of CTC Global, Dynamic Aerostructures, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Company, and The Willamette Valley Company. Derek previously served as a board member or observer of PacStar, USNR, and Vigor Industrial. Prior to Endeavour, Derek was an Associate at Diamond Castle, a middle-market private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, in the Financial Sponsors Group. Joe Schimmelpfennig is a Managing Director and Head of the Consumer Investment Banking group for D.A.
