Derek Eve Managing Director Head of Industrials Products & Services Endeavour Capital

Derek Eve leads the Industrials Products & Services effort for Endeavour Capital, a private equity firm committed to building lasting value in western mid-market businesses for over 30 years. This work focuses on partnering with businesses that are leaders in their respective segments and are looking for a collaborator to achieve partial liquidity and accelerate growth. Derek has worked with companies in industrials, consumer as well as technology and business services sectors. His team’s experience covers most industrial subsectors, employing a long-term orientation and prudent capital structure to span economic cycles. Value is driven at partner companies through an operational ‘toolbox’ and network of executives that can provide support at the company or board level. Derek currently serves as a board member or observer of CTC Global, Dynamic Aerostructures, Nordic Cold Chain Solutions, Portland Bolt & Manufacturing Company, and The Willamette Valley Company. Derek previously served as a board member or observer of PacStar, USNR, and Vigor Industrial. Prior to Endeavour, Derek was an Associate at Diamond Castle, a middle-market private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse, in the Financial Sponsors Group. Derek received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Washington. Bryan Gadol Partner Head of California Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity Holland & Knight LLP

Bryan Gadol leads the California Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practice for Holland & Knight, a top-ranked law firm for mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions in 2024. In his role as a partner, he oversees Holland & Knight's Newport Beach and Century City offices. Joe Schimmelpfennig is a Managing Director and Head of the Consumer Investment Banking group for D.A. Davidson, a full-service investment firm providing nationally recognized research, capital market, and investment banking expertise. Joe focuses on M&A advisory services and capital markets activities in the Consumer and Consumer Services sectors. He has over 25 years of transaction and advisory experience providing general corporate finance and M&A advice to growth companies. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Joe was the Head of Investment Banking at Wunderlich Securities and led the firm’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking practice. Previously, he was a Managing Director at ROTH Capital Partners where he helped build the firm’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking practice.
