Overview

As the market is heating up for attracting and retaining diverse and talented directors, what are appropriate pay levels for board members?  How do roles and responsibilities, level of risk, priorities, pay levels and total board cost compare for private vs. public company board members? In this session, a panel of consultants from Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP) will provide insights about public and private company director pay, practices and the latest Board trends. Data and practices will be presented from CAP’s surveys of privately held and family-owned businesses. Bring questions and case examples to this interactive session.

Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
