In today’s world, embracing digital disruption allows companies to stay relevant and competitive. The way we live, work and interact with others has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. And yet, experts predict that digital disruption will only accelerate in 2022. What technologies and tools will define our new normal in the coming years? In this session we’ll explore the history of digital disruption as well as the current and future tech trends we should be watching. Jennifer Bell is the CMO at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants. Jennifer has played a pivotal role in growing the marketing department on both a store and corporate level. She oversees and manages all marketing facets, including PR, Frequent Diner loyalty program, gift cards, direct mail, data insights, digital and email marketing, social media, web, and graphic design.
