Thriving in and Navigating Disruption and Uncertainty - Unleashing The Five Leadership Superpowers™ for Effective Value-Creating Board

Overview

In a world of sustained and multi-faceted crises in our business’s ecosystems, Boards face new challenges and ever-increasing demands from shareholders/owners and other stakeholders.  Many CEOs and Board Directors are coming to the realization that the once sufficient core governance capabilities and practices are now inadequate in the face of crises and uncertainty.  New capabilities are needed to survive and thrive in the turbulence ahead. The Five Leadership Superpowers™, a revolutionary leadership capability model, was developed to meet this challenge.

In this interactive session, participants will:

Discuss and build the case for change to a new governance capability model and a proactive, adaptive approach to governance.

  1. Identify and define critical governance paradigm shifts to move from future-unready to future-ready
  2. Learn what The Five Leadership Superpowers™ are, why each is important, and the value they provide to shareholders and other stakeholders.
  3. Learn how to develop and apply the Superpowers for more effective governance and organizational success.
