Rochelle Campbell is CEO and Managing Member of Leadership Elevated, a board recruitment and governance consultancy. She has an accomplished career supporting boards and executives, across industries, developing and delivering board services including a suite of custom board recruitment, board interview support, resume support, coaching, board evaluations, skillset matrixes, and governance education. She has placed directors on boards ranging from the F500 to large family-owned, private, and nonprofit organizations, across industries. She has led the industry with an 85% diverse candidate placement rate on boards.

In her previous role, she led an organization supporting and coaching women C-suite leaders in technology, data, and AI. And spent almost a decade with NACD where she held multiple leadership roles and led NACD's Board Advisory and Board Recruitment practices.

Rochelle speaks and writes on board composition, board diversity, governance, and board recruitment-related topics, nationally. She has advised thousands of board directors and supported over 700 military flag and general officers (1-4 stars), helping them successfully transition their military experience into the private sector.

She is on the board of the Private Directors Association, DC Chapter, and on the National Cybersecurity Committee, and serves as Nominating and Governance Chair of Civics and Service International. She is also on the advisory board of Athena Alliance.

Courtney Shea is a qualified financial expert. She serves on the Board of Assured Guaranty (NYSE) where she serves on the Audit, Finance, and Risk committees. She also serves as Audit Chair for Professional Diversity Network (NASDAQ). Prior to her retirement, Shea served as an investment banker and municipal advisor working with State and Local governments on infrastructure projects in both the public and private sector where, as a managing member, she has directly structured more than $10B of debt across dozens of transactions. Additionally, Ms. Shea gives back to her community by serving as Treasurer of The Joffrey Ballet Board of Directors and is the co-founder of Women in Public Finance, a national organization founded over 20 years ago that advances women’s leadership.
