Clients use Paul’s expertise to: navigate transitions in leadership; identify, assess, and develop candidates for promotion and succession; facilitate planning, problem solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building; assess and enhance organizational culture; and to create structures and processes to guide growth and performance improvement. Paul earned a PhD in Personality and Developmental Psychology at Harvard University, where his research and teaching focused on group dynamics.
