Randall Beard is an Independent Board Director/Advisor known for expertise in SaaS, digital marketing, predictive analytics, and product innovation. A native of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with a B.S. in Marketing (Univ. of Tennessee) and MBA (Univ. of Virginia), Randall held Marketing and General Management roles around the world at Procter & Gamble, American Express and UBS, then led Nielsen’s global ad effectiveness measurement and BASES businesses. Currently holds four Board roles, chairs three advisory boards, and is a Senior Advisor to HIG Capital. Received the American Express Chairman’s Award and A.C. Nielsen Leadership Award and published in Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Ad Age and others.

Paul is a Professional Certified Coach who helps individual executives, teams, and organizations be more effective in achieving their goals. Clients use Paul’s expertise to: navigate transitions in leadership; identify, assess, and develop candidates for promotion and succession; facilitate planning, problem solving, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team building; assess and enhance organizational culture; and to create structures and processes to guide growth and performance improvement. Paul earned a PhD in Personality and Developmental Psychology at Harvard University, where his research and teaching focused on group dynamics.

Rodolfo Paiz is a leading consultant on governance in family systems (business families, their enterprises, and their wealth). In 26 years as a trusted advisor, he has coached and advised almost 150 complex families in 30+ countries to a wealthier, happier life. He is a Fellow, former Board Member, and GEN Faculty at the global Family Firm Institute (FFI), teaching other consultants in the global program he helped to launch. Rodolfo received the 2022 International Award, one of only four global awards given at FFI for outstanding careers and contributions to the field, and created the Iceberg Model of governance for family systems.
