Lynn Casey Retired chair of Padilla
|
Lynn Casey currently serves as a director of two public companies and a number of non profit organizations. She also served as the director of a Walman, an esop owned company, until its sale in 2022.
She retired from Padilla, a corporate and marketing communication at the end of 2019 following it earlier sale. At the time of its sale, Padilla was employee-owned.
Lynn is a well known leader and speaker with numerous professional honors.
Lynn holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota, a master’s from the University of Minnesota, and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Victor Aspengren Consultant

Victor Aspengren serves as a consultant and director for a number of esop owned companies.
He lived the ESOP experience as an employee owner and executive (including CEO) in esop owned companies involved with manufacturing, construction, health care and financial services earlier in his career.
Victor currently is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is in his second round of being the chair of the board of directors.
Victor facilitates numerous groups of ESOP CEO’s around the country and is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences on employee ownership, open book management, governance issues, and building a high-performance culture.
Victor earned a Bachelor‘ from Iowa State University, a Masters from Drake University, and multiple Management Certificates from the University of Nebraska’s Graduate School.

Steve Suckow Director BMO Harris Bank

As Director of the Corporate Advisory Group, Steve Suckow supports nearly every facet of the Bank’s ESOP practice. Leveraging vast experience as a C-suite executive of an ESOP company, Steve works extensively with a community of companies, owners and outside advisors to support ESOPs at every stage of their development, growth and maturity.
Prior to joining BMO in 2019, Steve was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lifetouch Inc. for 15 years. Lifetouch, the leading school photography company in the United States and Canada, was one of the largest and oldest ESOPs in North America until it was purchased by Shutterfly, Inc. in April 2018. At Lifetouch, he was responsible for legal and compliance matters, acquisitions, government relations and governance.
