Overview

Banks, debt, and equity capital market investors have adopted ESG and Sustainability standards at a growing rate, which has affected the availability and cost of capital. We know this trend will accelerate and governmental regulations will provide for sanctions to assure adherence. These systemic changes are having a deep impact on every facet of management and corporate governance and profoundly influence the development of long-term strategies, the capital budgeting process, and every meaningful manner in which a company interacts with its counterparties and stakeholders. In this webinar, we will explore the capital implications of this sea-change we are experiencing.
