Overview
Research shows that private companies with professional, well informed, and experienced board members sustain, grow, and thrive at higher rates than those without a thoughtfully planned and curated board. Three expert panelists will identify and discuss challenges, plans, and issues that private companies face in forming, choosing, and educating their board of directors. The panelists have experience in serving on or providing advice to private or closely held boards and will share experiences in positive and negative board experiences as well as structural concerns boards members need to consider. There will be time to ask questions of the panelists, and a relaxed outdoor networking opportunity after the formal program.
Thank you to our National and Gold Chapter Sponsors!
