Don Bravaldo, CPA
President

Don founded Bravaldo Capital Advisors (BCA) in 2010 to provide boutique Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance advisory services to lower middle market private, closely held, family-run or owner-founder-led businesses, a segment underserved by large national investment banking firms. Over the last 13 years as President, Don has led the BCA team and its clients through over a quarter of a billion dollars of successful transactions across a wide variety of industries.

Prior to founding BCA, Don led the middle market group at a Southeastern M&A advisory firm and oversaw all North American mergers and acquisition activity for Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc., a large, publicly traded consolidator of orthopedic and prosthetic service businesses.

Earlier in his career as an auditor with Bennett Thrasher & Co., P.C. and Arthur Andersen LLP, Don coordinated financial reporting engagements and provided business consulting services to both publicly listed and private company clients in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, business services, technology, and healthcare.

In March 2023, Don was selected as a Georgia Titan 100 CEO. The Titan 100 program recognizes Georgia’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. Bill Smith
Founder
Double Iron Consulting 

Bill is the founder of Double Iron Consulting, a consulting practice helping family business owners and executives with succession planning and leadership transitions.  He also advocates the value of advisory boards and independent outside directors.
Bill is a third generation family leader and board director with Royal Cup Coffee & Tea, a leading provider of beverage solutions provider to restaurants, hotels, and offices nationwide.  He led the family business as president and CEO from 2014 to 2020.
Bill also serves as a board director on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama board and is a member of the audit committee.

                  

Marisol Andelini
Independent Board Director 

 

Marisol is an independent Board Director with solid experience in public, private and non-profit companies. Currently, she serves on the board of American Vanguard, an agrochemical company, where she Chairs the Finance Committee and is a Member of the Compensation and Audit Committees. She also served on Bush Brothers, a +100-year-old family enterprise that markets the leading branded beans in the USA, where she rotated across all Committees.

Marisol is also a Board member of NACD – Atlanta Chapter, chairing the Member Engagement Committee and is an NACD Board Certified fellow.

Marisol is currently engaged with Executive Coaching Connections as an Executive Advisor and with Endeavor Global Inc. as a business leader expert to a large variety of companies across many industries “scaling-up” their businesses globally and serving as an Advisory Board Member on several of their companies.

Her +30 years of experience span retail, and global consumer products. At The Coca-Cola Company, she served as CMO/Vice President of Marketing in many operating units (Mexico, Brazil, Central America, and Eastern/Central Europe). She was also the General Manager for the global Glaceau Business and VP for the Water and Teas category globally.

Besides Food and Beverages, Marisol has experience in consumer goods businesses, which she ran while working for Procter & Gamble in Latin America. She has been involved in multiple acquisitions within P&G and Coca-Cola and has been instrumental in sourcing, integrating and making these businesses profitable. Previous experience was in retail at Macy’s.

Marisol holds an MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta and a BA from Georgia State University.

                  

Dan Fischer, CPA
CKS Packaging, Inc.

Dan Fischer, CPA, is the CFO at CKS Packaging, Inc. where he manages the company finances and strategic planning. In 2016 Dan was a finalist for the Plastic News, a plastic industries trade magazine, CFO of the year award. While working for the Dana Corporation, he was recognized as the initial recipient of the Outstanding Financial Person of the Year award.

Prior to CKS Packaging, Dan held several CFO positions for public, private and family owned businesses. He has worked in numerous senior level financial positions for Fortune 200 companies in both the automotive and capital goods industries. He also has extensive experience in strategic planning and M&A where he has led several multimillion-dollar deals.

Dan’s employment includes stints abroad in both Italy and Belgium. Outside of work Dan and his wife, Carolyn, love to travel particularly to Italy.

Past Non-Profit activity includes member St Joseph, MI Township housing committee, Trustee of SAGU American Indian College and Treasurer of AHS Lacrosse Team.

Dan received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his MBA from Notre Dame University.
