Jordan Barth Managing Director KPMG LLP

Jordan will lead our tabletop exercise. He is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Cyber Security Services practice with more than 13 years of experience helping clients protect critical assets from cyber threats, improving the ability of companies to detect cyber security incidents and assisting firms in responding to major breaches. He is an accomplished speaker and frequently participates in webcasts, roundtables and panels relating to Cyber Security and Cyber Incident Response. Additionally, Jordan is a vocal advocate for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion within the Cyber Security community and helps lead KPMG efforts around LGTBQ+ inclusion within the workforce.

Deon Minnaar Partner KPMG LLP

Deon is the National Leader for KPMG’s Board Advisory Services with the sole objective of helping boards be more impactful. As a 30-year veteran at KPMG, the last two decades have been exclusively focused on governance related engagements for boards and management to drive improvements in performance and effectiveness.

Deon serves on KPMG and City Relief boards on various committees. He is also an Advisory Board member for St John’s University’s ERM program and for FEI Governance Committee.

Christine Baird CEO Clarus Tech Partners,

Christine Baird, CEO and Founder of Clarus Tech Partners, leads a team of tech and compliance experts specializing in cybersecurity and data privacy compliance for SMBs in finance, real estate, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. With over 20 years of executive leadership and entrepreneurship, Christine's career spans diverse industries such as IT, real estate, finance, oil & gas, telecommunications, and aerospace & defense across the U.S., Central & South America, Asia, and Europe.  She has managed SMBs to Fortune 100 projects, and worked for Oracle Corporation, Intuit Corporation, MCI Telecommunications, Loral Federal Systems, and SAIC.    

Christine serves on the Advisory Board for LogicSource, a sourcing/procurement tech organization and Spin-Analytics, a FinTech/RegTech company and is a member of the Private Director’s Association.  She also served as a Board Member for the University of Kent UK. She serves as the Chairperson of the Department of Homeland Security’s Data Privacy and Integrity Advisory Committee.

She received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an editor of the Law Review. Lisa received her B.A. from Cornell University, with Distinction in All Subjects.
