Jeff is the National solution leader for Grant Thornton’s Enterprise Business Service Solution. He has 25+ years of financial management and performance improvement consulting experience and is responsible for defining the strategic direction and guiding the teams efforts related to the firms Enterprise Business Services / Shared Service practice.

Jeff brings deep transformational experience working with global clients to drive value through large scale business transformations. An experienced leader, he harnesses the power of analytics, global operating model optimization and technology to solve complex global business challenges for our clients. He has helped clients through enterprise transformations programs, operating model optimizations, large scale technology implementations, financial process reengineering, functional competency and talent management strategy reviews and operational and profit improvements initiatives. Jeff has worked in numerous industries including Financial Services, Consumer Package Goods, Entertainment, Telecommunications and Hospitality.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Jeff was a Principal in The Hackett Group’s Consulting services practice where he was a member of the Strategy & Business Transformation team. Jeff lead many of Hackett’s largest client relationships and over the course of Jeff’s 17 years at Hackett assumed numerous practice leadership, market facing and solution development roles.

           

Deborah Gibbins

As Chief Operating Officer at Mary Kay, Deborah has broad responsibility for Mary Kay’s product strategy, research and development, supply chain, financial operations, and information technology. Deborah is part of executive committees responsible for IT security, enterprise risk management, and facilities planning.   

Before coming to Mary Kay, Deborah held senior leadership roles within the finance function of PepsiCo’s Frito Lay North America division, including Senior Vice President, Revenue Management, and Senior Vice President, Controller. Before her PepsiCo career, Deborah was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in Dallas. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bush Brothers & Company. 

Deborah has a proven track record of delivering performance through cost management, creating business efficiencies through the understanding of metrics, and the ability to objectively improve and streamline operations.

Deborah is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

           

Jeffrey (Jeff) Cartwright

For the last nine years, Jeff has led a management advisory firm engaged primarily in the areas of business strategy, operational improvements and revenue growth. This practice focuses on consumer and industrial product companies and creates value in all aspects of operations from demand planning through manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution. By strengthening these areas, organic growth through new products and channels is facilitated. He has direct experience in over 30 completed acquisitions ranging from due diligence through accelerating value creation (100 day plans) to achievement of significant revenue growth and multi-million dollar operational improvements. Prior to starting Shoreview Management Advisors, Jeff served as President and COO of Igloo Products where double digit growth to $300 million was achieved and an increase of over $7 Million in EBITDA within a year. Prior to that Jeff was CEO of Cosco Home & Office Products, a $150 million consumer products company. 

Mr. Cartwright is a seasoned executive with deep operational and general management experiences in companies ranging from $10 million in revenue to Fortune 50 companies such as P&G, PEPSICO, and Newell-Rubbermaid. He has been twice selected as executive of the year at Newell-Rubbermaid and awarded as Vendor of the Year 6 times at Walmart. He has built 2 multi-divisional, multi-billion dollar supply chains in China and several large manufacturing plants including 2 in Mexico.

Currently executing a number major Nearshoring projects for companies which have traditionally sourced products in China. Several of these are well-known consumer brands. Success is based upon having on the ground engineering and sourcing resources throughout Mexico.

Bets Lillo’s corporate board expertise is at the intersection of technology and supply chain. A Board Director and Advisor to companies in the technology and telecommunications industries, Bets brings a unique ability to assess cross-functional risk and opportunity across a complex geopolitical landscape, having overseen award-winning global transformations, M&A and organic growth in emerging and mature markets, and operational excellence in challenging circumstances. 
Bets’ NACD certifications in board governance, cyber and climate oversight complement her domestic and overseas executive experience at IBM, AT&T, Abbott Laboratories and AbbVie across technology, M&A, finance and operations roles. A technology patent holder, Bets is in her third year as an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor in the Information Systems and Supply Chain department at Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. 
Her civic leadership includes board service for the World Affairs Council of Dallas Ft. Worth and the International Women’s Forum, and membership on the Dallas Leadership for 50/50 Women on Boards. She supports early-stage companies as a mentor with Capital Factory, Tech Ft Worth, Ignite and How Women Lead.
