Alisa Di Beasi
VP and Chief Human Resources Officer
Phinia

Ms. Di Beasi was appointed VP & Chief Human Resources Officer for PHINIA Inc. in 2023. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Global Human Resources for two BorgWarner businesses (most recently Fuels Systems and Aftermarket), joining the manufacturer in 2020. While at BorgWarner she led the Delphi Technologies integration, a significant portion of which became PHINIA Inc. 

As a 25-year HRBP veteran, Ms. Di Beasi brings to PHINIA experiences from a wide range of industries, including steel, robotics, industrial automation, smart technologies and electronic manufacturing. She has leadership experience at large global corporations and emerging companies, with a track record of successfully leading talent acquisitions—concept through post-close integration. Her passion is developing transformational strategies to engage talent and enhance value. 

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Ms. Di Beasi worked for ABB AG and Robert Bosch GmbH and has worked in North America, Europe and India. While at ABB, she served as Global Vice President, Human Resources for the company’s Low Voltage, Smart Buildings and Smart Charging business unit where she was responsible for shaping the business unit’s organizational culture and digital transformation.

Ms. Di Beasi is a two-time graduate of National Louis University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Science and Management, as well as Business Administration, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

Christina Fair

Christina Fair is a visionary entrepreneur shaping the business landscape in Detroit, MI. As Founder/CEO of Reconnect Detroit (life, wellness and leadership coaching for women) and Co-Founder/COO of Hum (the growth platform for internet providers), she excels at building dynamic companies and high-performing, happy teams. Her passion for innovation, growth, and strategic connections has made her a prominent figure in the startup community, leading to her holding board seats on The Michigan Founders Fund and The Detroit Executives Association. 

Personally, Christina is a Mom of 2 (son Liam, 17, and daughter Anabelle, 12), wife to John, and is a huge wellness and life balance advocate. In the end, her goal is to make the lives of those she encounters each day better as a result of her being there.

Sarah Greifenberger, CVA, CEPA
Managing Director
Arbor Valuation and Consulting

Sarah has been a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) for over 10 years and is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).

Prior to becoming a CVA, Sarah was Director of Financial Planning at United Technologies Corporation. She performed many valuations in that role to support the corporation’s mergers and acquisitions activity as well as for purposes of international tax planning.

Sarah also prepared financial information for the divestiture of UT Automotive to Lear Corporation for $2.3B.

She received an MBA with distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and is a magna cum laude engineering graduate of Duke University. In addition to her expertise in finance, Sarah has held positions in product development, manufacturing and strategic planning. 


She currently serves on the education committee of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. In addition to her involvement with NACVA, she is a member of Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Detroit, the Michigan Business Brokers Association and the Exit Planning Institute’s Southeast Michigan chapter.

Sarah is committed to helping clients across many industries with their valuation needs. She is also interested in working with family enterprises on succession planning and exit strategies.

   

Michael P. Witzke
Member; Chair, Estate Planning and Probate
McDonald Hopkins

Mike is the Chair of the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group and practices in the areas of estate and gift tax planning, special needs planning, asset protection, charitable giving, family office services, and business succession planning. He focuses on helping clients protect and transfer wealth efficiently.

Mike works with high net worth families, business owners, and physicians. He practices in Metro Detroit, Chicago and South Florida.

A Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant, Mike holds a Retirement Planning Specialist designation from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. He is also a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan Legal Financial Network. 

Mike is a past president of the Financial Planning Association of Michigan and is a member of the board of directors for Crossroads for Youth. 

Mike earned his J.D. from Wayne State University in 1989. He received a B.A. from Michigan State University, James Madison College in 1986.
