Scott is a Managing Partner at Lancor and has over 25 years of deal generation, M&A, financial services, and executive recruiting experience. 

Through Lancor's Advisory practice, Scott and his team assist private equity funds with originating and appraising potential transactions, sourcing industry experts for pre-acquisition due diligence, and finding backable senior management teams. Scott has worked within the banking and private equity ecosystem as a banker and by serving C-suite and board-level multinational clients within the private equity and family office sectors. Scott received an MBA from both London Business School and Columbia Business School, a BA in both economic finance and business management from Gettysburg College and graduated from the INSTEP economics program at Cambridge University.

Richard Lin is a Managing Director at Metropolitan Partners Group having joined in 2013. Richard’s investment responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing deals within Metropolitan’s investment strategy. Sourcepass, Data Canopy, DC Box, Skywire, and Upstack are Richard’s notable deals. Prior to joining Metropolitan, Richard was a special situation focused private equity investor at Black Diamond Capital Management and GSC Group. Prior to that, Richard was an investment banker at Bank of America. Richard graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

Rich is a Managing Director with nearly three decades of experience in finance, consulting, and industry leadership roles. Rich has held multiple Interim CFO and CRO, and senior turnaround and restructuring advisory roles across the healthcare, consumer products, business service and manufacturing sectors.  

Rich has an M.B.A. from New York University, and B.S.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Xavier University. He is an INSOL Fellow of cross-border insolvency, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), and member of Turnaround Management Association.

 

Puneet Sapra

Puneet Sapra is a Managing Director with over 20 years experience serving private-equity sponsored and publicly listed companies in Healthcare, Manufacturing and Information technology industries as CFO, COO and Head of Strategic Projects.  His operational and advisory experience covers sectors such as physician services groups, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, contract manufacturing and development organizations, technology-enabled healthcare services, health insurers and non-profit organizations. 

Puneet earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics and Physics at Duke University, his Corporate Finance certificate from the London School of Economics, and Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Bill Williams is the Founder and CEO of AccessWave. Prior to AccessWave, Bill was the Founder & CEO of BWG Strategy, a leading primary research platform for institutional investors. Bill spent 19 years working on Wall Street. He was President and Head of Research at JNK Securities, a Portfolio Manager at Eagle Asset Management, a General Partner at CQ Partners, and an Institutional Sales Executive at Morgan Stanley. Bill started his career in Equity Research at Prudential Securities. Bill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Long Branch, NJ with his wife Michele. They have four children and two grandchildren. In his free time Bill loves to travel and fish.
